Build in 3 steps
Step 1: Viability Analysis
Our team analyzes your property’s potential for ADU or residential development. We take the measurements, connect with the city or county to learn about permitting, conduct the income analysis, introduce you to lenders, and evaluate which units would be optimal for your site.
Step 2: Foundation & Financing
Our team gets to work preparing your land for the installation of your ADU or residential unit. During this process you’re putting your finances together and our partner constructs your unit in their controlled, CA Housing Authority certified factory.
Step 3: Install & Finish
Your unit is delivered to your location within 2 days of the site and finances being ready. Our team runs point for the final stages of installation - this includes the roof, plumbing and electrical hookups, landscaping and any exterior cosmetic updates you request.
